      1) Great work culture - open, helpful and a fun, spirited team. Go Maxonians!! 2) Excellent client relationships and solid pipeline of relevant job requirements from long term, trusted client base. 3) Ample avenues of learning and growth 4) Leadership is accessible, always there to listen and solve smallest of issues and requests. 5) Managers are highly supportive, empathetic and have the team's back at all times. 6) Good work-life balance. 7) Competitive compensation and benefits. 8) Everyone gives their best because they are well motivated.
