Maxwell has an amazing open workspace in Boston. You won't find many offices designated for managers or even the co-founders. We believe an open workspace fosters open conversation and collaboration. At Maxwell, we like to keep the conversation going.

Cons

We work hard and the hours are long. Not a place if you want a 9-5 job.

Pros

Working at Maxwell has opened so many doors for me. I have had a tremendous amount of career advancement in a short amount of time. Management and co-workers completely trust you to take on work outside of your comfort zone as long as you're willing to put in the effort and do a good job. My co-workers are super smart and dedicated and some have turned into my close friends. It's exciting to see how far we've come and what we have planned for the next few quarters.

Cons

Maxwell is a growing start-up, which means that there's so much work to be done and not enough people to do it. There's definitely a bit of a work/life balance struggle, but that comes with being a growing company.
