Pros

Strong culture, incredible energy, hard working and committed culture, best team ever. CEO inspires every single employee, every single day.

Cons

The demands are high. Sometimes, you might feel like you are fighting for your right to earn a place in this industry - but then you realize that's just about being the new kid on the block. We have what it takes to really change this space - amazingly smart and hardworking people building a great product and delivering awesome service.

Pros

* Transparency * I'm surrounded by lots of people who are super smart and who constantly challenge me * Work culture -- everyone works as a team and is super supportive, approachable and respectful of each other

Cons

* Fast-paced environment: this isn't a con for me per se but some might find changing environments and project requirements frustrating. These are natural for a company like Maxwell in such an early phase of growth, and frankly I enjoy it because it keeps thing fresh and exciting.

Pros

-in a fast paced environment if you enjoy solving problems, troubleshooting and having impact. This is the right place for you. -praise and appreciation is of the utmost importance that's shown to employees that are working their butt off -evolving roles, tons of opportunities to grow and drive what your role will be within the company -you work next to (standing next to) the best of the best. We've made a practice of being very difficult to get hired at, wouldn't you? -there's an opportunity to awe partners and clients every day

Cons

-must be super responsive, if not you'll get eaten alive -long hours but if you're passionate this is not a killer -as the company grows, you and your role must grow with it.
