Pros
You can learn form others there. They've hired some very smart and talented people who were always willing to share best practices and help others. The company was also very open to sharing information with everyone on the team. Very inclusive environment even for people outside of management.
Cons
The leadership style at times is overly controlling. A couple of executives tend to be involved with each single detail of what goes on day to day including some of the most minor things. The controlling style was particularly glaring in the customer service area where the ability to give credit to others or allow them to be the center of attention or recognition didn't exist. It's a systemic problem seen and felt by former and current team members. There seemed to be fear of not being the smartest person in the room for some reason. I saw it stunt opportunities for personal growth and for others on my team to be recognized.
