Pros

Learned a lot about personal care and the industry.

Cons

Lots of rules and regulations. It’s become a business that needs to be profitable and has gotten away from core values.

Thanks for taking the time to share. We understand and agree on the importance of pay increases, and are so grateful to Governor Healey and the Massachusetts Legislature for the newly approved state budget! Many of our employees helped us advocate for the largest increase in the history of Adult Services to do this vitally important work. We appreciate your work to support the individuals May serves.
