Pros

Generous PTO, wonderful clients, and opportunities to attend conferences or otherwise continue education. Opportunities for growth are wonderful! They prioritize hiring from within, but do consider outside applicants who may be more qualified.

Cons

There are some people that clearly want to make big changes that are beneficial to the services provided. However, changes can be made difficult by those higher up the ladder who don't typically have feet on the ground on the clinical site. Lots of higher ups coming and going all the time.

Thanks so much for your thoughtful and honest feedback. Your list of positives is so encouraging! We work hard to provide opportunities for education and growth whenever possible. And we're working harder than ever to gather feedback from employees and improve systems and processes whenever possible. Please continue to share your thoughts!

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. We recognize that part-time and fee-for-service employment comes with its challenges, and we're always looking for ways to create as consistent a schedule as possible for employees in those positions. We're glad you had the positive experience you did while you were here!

Thanks for reviewing. So glad you had such a positive experience with work/life balance. As you probably know, we work hard to keep all our salaries as competitive as possible, and offer great benefits, including generous time off (to maintain that work/life balance!)
