Pros

This job has been the best I've had since entering the field. The students and staff alike are wonderful to work with. The collaborative nature of the work environment is a delight and work/life balance is great.

Cons

Willingness to include Allied Health in all facets of the program and decision-making for students could be better. I encourage open communication between all departments.

Thanks so much for your review! And thank you for being part of an Allied Health team that is really making a difference in the lives of the children and adults we serve -- you are all fabulous.
