Everyone is aligned with the mission People are excited about the work they do

Cons

pay is a struggle since it is a non-profit senior leaders are sometimes disconnected from the work at a lower level managers are not excited to adapt of change

Poor culture at all levels!

The mission statement is meaningful however, the culture makes it real hard to achieve success.

Cons

There is a take it or leave it attitude that results poor systems, execution, and poor morale!
