First, thank you so much for your many years of service to the individuals we serve! We appreciate you. Thanks also for your list of pros about the work! Each of the items on your list are a result of intentional work and planning to support our teams in the best way possible and to provide ongoing opportunities for learning and growth. We want everyone to stay as long as you have, and longer! Lastly, our staff know better than anyone the challenges associated with serving individuals with complex needs, including intensive behaviors. It's why the training you mention is so critical -- to protect the individuals we serve and the staff who serve them. Thank you for your dedication to these individuals who require this level of care.

First, thank you so much for the years of service to the students and the school. Thank you also for your thoughtful list of pros to the work; we love that you are experiencing the opportunities available to employees who want to learn and grow in the organization. We agree about the challenges of the work; the work May employees do is often demanding, and requires skill and care and patience. We regularly communicate with funding sources and at the state level to advocate for increased wages to pass on to employees. Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences.
