Teachers there are amazing, they really care about the kids.

Cons

Admin is unhelpful, too corporate, anti-union. If this place ever unionized they wouldn't even stay standing. They take advantage of young kids right out of college and overwork them without pay.

In such a large organization with more than 120 programs and residences, and so many staff working in programs and homes and away from computers, it can absolutely be a challenge to communicate efficiently!
