Pros

I am constantly amazed by the patience, devotion and passion that our employees show to the individuals they serve.

Cons

Sometimes in a non-profit setting there are challenges with salaries and other resources so we need to find creative ways to ensure that everyone feels valued.

Pros

Teammates that you can laugh with at all the ridiculous decisions being made by poor excuses for managers at this place. Once they jump ship you have to as well to maintain your sanity.

Cons

-Unethical practices at times -Questionable choices on leadership team (i.e.-inappropriate behavior-dating subordinates) -Lack of licensed staff members -No raises or performance incentives -Constant turnover in staff -Zero communication between departments, stems from being a horribly managed company -Resources spread so thin that important things fall through the cracks
