Pros

The children are the best part of job!

Cons

very poor pay, back stabbing, awful human resource department. The woman running the department is a rude, and ignorant person. No support from management, no support on the job. Unfair schedules, same people doing all the hard work, and caring for the hardest children. Same people have the easy kids, and schedule over and over.

Pros

Administration is friendly and approachable.

Cons

The pay is low considering the risk of injury. I have a special education degree and asked to be transferred to a school so that I could add more value to the company. I was consistently ignored.
