Pros

Great company. They know a lot of people. Good communication. CEU reimbursement. Free workshops to earn CEUs. Well-known.

Cons

They don't really know their employees. Recruiters are not always familiar with your job or qualifications. I don't think they honestly look at your resume to know your worth. Equity issues regarding salary. Medical/Dental insurance poor. I ended up paying for my own dental insurance and I'm about to get my own medical.
