Pros

Working with the clients is the highlight of one's day. Staff receives plenty of time off and sick time.

Cons

The work load is too much for the amount of pay one gets .

I worked at the May full time, switched to part time and stayed for relief. I loved it . Great clients, company is always willing to give extra money when asked for house budgets, fun company events like cruises and vacations for the clients, great coworkers.
