Pros

With a new leadership team in place for a while now, things are positive and getting better all the time. Keep up the good work.

Cons

Long hours, but that is not unusual at a nonprofit. Great co-workers here.

Pros

friendly, diverse staff with a strong dedication to their jobs. The children I worked with made me feel I was making a real difference.

Cons

It felt like I was an unpaid babysitter. The director had little involvement in my internship, but the kids got a lot of attention from the director so I suppose that is why.
