Pros

Great coworkers and supportive admin staff. Open atmosphere with supervisors very open to feedback and advice regarding students. Fantastic kids! Parents are super supportive and understanding. Students truly come first and their needs are not only met but exceeded. Director goes above and beyond to connect staff and parents with resources for helping care for the population of students we work with. Staff reinforcement is also a focus :)

Cons

Graduate opportunities could be expanded. Several more employees would likely be motivated to stay with the company if they didn't have to find and complete their own graduate studies with little financial aid from the company. A MABA program would be great since this is an ABA-based school or a clinical psychology masters program for those in the mental health programs.

Pros

leadership team accessible divisions work well as a team everyone works to improve the lives of the people we serve

Cons

in human services in general, it continues to be a challenge to attract and retain qualified people to do this very challenging work, especially when the pay is not what it should be across the industry

Pros

Great co-workers, and amazing students (main reason you come in everyday)

Cons

Low pay, injuries (concussions, bites). There are always people on restriction due to injuries from students. Having to travel to work in blizzards and unsafe weather conditions.
