Thanks for your review, for your work, and for being a part of this community that cares about the people we serve. In such a large organization with more than 120 programs and residences, and so many staff working in programs and homes and away from computers, it can absolutely be a challenge to communicate efficiently! We are always working on ways to get information to employees as quickly as possible, and we welcome your feedback and suggestions!

First, thank you so much for your many years of service to the individuals we serve! We appreciate you. Thanks also for your list of pros about the work! Each of the items on your list are a result of intentional work and planning to support our teams in the best way possible and to provide ongoing opportunities for learning and growth. We want everyone to stay as long as you have, and longer! Lastly, our staff know better than anyone the challenges associated with serving individuals with complex needs, including intensive behaviors. It's why the training you mention is so critical -- to protect the individuals we serve and the staff who serve them. Thank you for your dedication to these individuals who require this level of care.
