Pros

There are some really sweet moments with the kids, lots of opportunities for growth within the company

Cons

I had to go to therapy after this job, it’s extremely dangerous, you will be physically abused on a regular basis and sometimes sexually abused and put into uncomfortable and inappropriate scenarios with the children. You will be gaslit and told that your injuries are your fault for not blocking or being in the right position. The healthcare and workers comp is terrible and they are stingy with PTO. The employee turnover rate is horrible, I’ve seen people start and quit on the same day. Plus, while you are technically allowed to take 2 fifteen minute breaks during the day, you will be lucky if you get one of your breaks and an opportunity to go to the bathroom. You will be doing the job of at least three people.
