Pros

I worked there for 3 years unfortunately, and there is Nothing good about it. Working with the kids may be the only good thing.

Cons

Racism Micromanaging HIGH Turn-over Unpredictable schedule Low pay Lack of diversity If you are black you will feel very uncomfortable going into work, and will be treated differently. Poor incentives/benefits suck. They didn't even acknowledge Juneteenth this year, I am tired of their fake Diversity, Equity & Inclusion emails because it's not genuine. Please RUN from this organization, they are awful.
