      The people who needed care were wonderful, unique, lovely people.

      Cons

      Low Pay Unprofessional managers Immature and unprofessional, abusive co workers. Long hours often with people not showing up for their shifts. Poor supervision of job sites Treatment plans that did not work with years old information that was out of touch and out of date
