Pros

Kind and caring people for the most part. Dedicated to the students with fair practices. As long as the supervisor is decent then the work conditions are also. Easy to find interesting positions within the company once there.

Cons

Students can injure the staff and usually at the worst time. The drive to work is difficult because of location. Upper management is detached from what worker bees go through . Compensation is not par with other companies. Health care cost is insane.

Love the job despite the upper management.

Pros

Working with the individuals is very rewarding. Knowing that everyday you make a difference in someone's life. My immediate co-workers are hard working people, doing their best everyday. We have insurance, but it has very high deductibles.

Cons

The upper management thinks that one "employee appreciation" party is going to take the place of not having a raise in several years. Many excuses from upper management about why raises have not been given. Veiled threats used to force staff to work overtime or to get you to think like upper management wants you too. Leaving is very hard due to the terrible economy and upper management uses this to their advantage.
