Pros

Easy going atmosphere Great team Lots of new technology Training Company paid outings / team building exercises variety of experiences working with different configurations, and deployments Advancement Feels more like family than work.

Cons

Sometimes long hours, but that's part of the Job with 24 hour I.T. Support.

Pros

-Lots of room for growth -Complex client networks -Client networks are set up correctly and follow best practices -Company outings to Cardinals game or the like -Occasional paid lunch or dinner -Paid training and paid certifications -Company vehicles -Paid cell phone -Paid mileage -Fair PTO Great team atmosphere, every one is hard working, can be high stress some days. You can include yourself on any project you'd like to learn more. Bonuses and pay raises are not rare. Decent pay for the area and the job.

Cons

No healthcare insurance, 401k, at the time of writing

You'll be happy to know that there has been 99% company paid health insurance for 5+ years now and we are getting ready to implement a 401k plan!

Great working conditions, nice people, learn new things every day, good pay for the area.

Cons

No benefits, but you do get bonuses, cell phone allowance, mileage, company car.
