      Pros

      The culture is unique and they definitely care about the people. Management is actively engaged. The company definitely pays their best performers and ample opportunities for advancement, training, and raises based on going above and beyond.

      It is a tough environment out there right now - win work so we can have more opportunities.

      Being a government contractor can have issues. Mainly not fully being supported by the government agency you're working at.
