      The disconnect that there tends to be between contracting companies and the customer/supervisor on-site.

      Pros

      Company engages all employees. Bonuses at the end of year. Pay raises are mid year. It's a small company so bonuses are not huge, but at least we get them.

      Cons

      Bonuses are small, but not a con since we actually get a bonus every year.
