Great ownership and Management. Truly appreciated and rewarded by Upper Management. Promote from within as first option to fill employment needs. I have worked at this dealership for over 20 years and McGovern Auto ownership has made things even better for employees and guests alike.

Positive company to work for in the back end and is rapidly growing. If you can handle working in a hectic environment at a fast pace you can make a lot of money. Compensation is one of the best in the business.

Cons

Management severely lacks true leadership, no one is ever treated equal and favoritism plays a huge role in advancing your career.
