My mother used to say "if work was FUN, everyone would do it"! So it's refreshing that the McGovern atmosphere is just that. We work hard but we enjoy ourselves while we do it. My opinion is appreciated in trying to make our processes more streamlined for the benefit of our customers.

Cons

The automotive business is a demanding profession but McGovern Auto Group makes it clear that family and friends do matter. Working for a company that knows there is life beyond the dealership is refreshing.

McGovern takes care of their employees with rewards/incentives for our commitment and work ethic. From the annual company party that is above and beyond expectations, to summer cookouts, ticket opportunities for sports and concerts, they show awesome appreciation!

Cons

Working every Saturday, but it comes with the territory of car sales

I work at the CDJR of Greenfield and I love it it's like a family environment and I wouldn't choose to work anywhere else.

Cons

The only con I have is I live 40 minutes away.
