The pay isn't fair. People who do less get paid more. You like to have Saturday's off? Good luck. The point system was obviously made by someone who doesn't have small children (wouldn't recommend to single mothers). If you have the flu or anything of the like and take a "sick day" it's pulled from your PTO. oh, and you get a point. Very obvious entitlement and favoritism with supervisors. They pick and choose their friends and let them do whatever they want. Supervisors will also try to keep you from advancing. McKee is not the "land of opportunity" as they say it is. They also are not a very "Christian" company as they like to shove down your throat. I've also noticed that when they say "we care about family" its really only their family they're talking about. I hardly ever saw mine.
