Very good company culture, very respectful supervisors, supervisors, tons of room for movement.

Cons

Lots and lots of overtime, mostly 6 days a week.

The pay is ok. Currently Lots of overtime available (necessary often) and the management is typically very lenient. On site gym, on site Nurse Practitioner (by appointment only), good benefits (not amazing but they aren't trash). Managers seemed to care. I never had or worked with one of the "bad ones", though there was always rumors.

Cons

Most packing positions are a bit boring. Production positions can have stress if things aren't working well. Some employees can have ego issues. I also ran into some very two-faced people. Not the majority by a long shot. Had staffing issues when I was there. Pay could be slightly higher. It's not like they pay you a low wage.
