Benefits, PTO, Gym Membership, 401k plan, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Decent pay, and a simple job. OT usually available.

Cons

Poor Management, Late hours, repetitive, clicky, management does not listen to your problems despite having an open door policy. they will listen, but not do anything about it.

As an independent as an independent distributor you're in control of how much money you make and your hours

Cons

Immature middle management people with no route sales experience, on a power and control trip -- not what the founder OD McKee promoted when he will live, but apparently his grandkids do not care and watch the people underneath them destroy good sales people

Cons

Distribution system sometimes can hurt our business with negative distributors. Profitability can be low for the independent distributors because company makes us put on new locations every year
