Pros

There is transparency throughout the company. The benefits are very good. They will work hard to find their employees the right fit and keep work/life balance.

Cons

They are behind on understand data and its value to supporting customers. They are reluctant to move to more modern business practices (i.e. packaging, e-commerce)

Pros

Profit sharing, great 401k benefits and some good people. Not that much positives.

Cons

There are a few challenges working here. You have to keep your head down and your mouth shut. People will stab you in the back because there threaten by you or you just make them look lazy. Too many people doing one job, you don't need several people to do one job, really need to do some restructuring.

Best driving job hands down!

Pros

For a truck driver it really doesn't get any better in terms of pay, benifits and time off. Their bonus program is second to none, with a safety bonus every 25k miles and a very lucrative profit share. So here's the good and the bad of this driving job: good and in my opinion the best part of the job you typically only work 3 days a week! And because you only work 3 days a week there is plenty of opportunity to make extra cash. Now the bad ( and it's really not bad it's just some people are lazy and can't get along with others ) you have to unload 2 loads of cookies a week and you run team. So there it is, was the best trucking job I ever had. I'm in management with another company now or I'd still be there!

Cons

There is really nothing to say here they are a great company with great benifits. If you don't mind working hard and get along with others you will really enjoy this job.
