The people I work with on my crew are very easy to get along with and everyone works together.

Cons

I have been trying to get into maintence but they only want to hire friends and younger people way to much favoritism the supervisors pick who they want and disregard the other applicants in a very sneaky way. I am disgusted with them and. I do not recommend going here for a job they lie to you.

Many great individuals within the company. Executive team is open minded, forward thinking, and easy to interact with.

Cons

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT WITHIN THIS COMPANY IS HORRENDOUS! Many team & department managers have an anti-progress mindset, and INTENTIONALLY attempt to hold down the positive progress and quality work results produced by anybody on their team if they cannot take credit for it.

Profit sharing, clinic on site but only if you use their insurance. Climate control.

Cons

Low pay compared to other plants in area, weekend work without little notice , Good boy club ( It's who you know not what you know.) PTO but no holiday pay. You have to save your time for holidays.
