Pros

The company is privately owned, so from my job it does not seem like we live or die by the numbers. We don't have shareholders constantly wanting their returns. The work is fair, good benefits, great emphasis on health and incentives for it. I will never have to work a Saturday since they are Seventh Day Adventist company.

Cons

For salaried their are no clear steps to get raises or move up, but for hourly employees their are specifics to receive more pay.

Pros

Great culture. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. My immediate boss was very nurturing and she has taught me a lot so far. The pay is great for someone just out of college with no debt.

Cons

I don't receive benefits because I'm an intern even though I work full time hours. I'm not eligible for PTO.
