They care about people , open door policy, good benefits, helpful teammates, guaranteed Saturday's off or more likely full weekend off

Cons

Overtime season, worrying too much about numbers, some employees think they own the company because they are working for 20-25 years

Pros

One of the better paying jobs for this location. Yearly bonus. Benefits are available to employees. Also have 401K available.

Cons

Would not refer refer anyone to apply. Management has no idea of all the back-stabbing and favoritism that goes on in the warehouse. Company policy book might as well be discarded. There are a lot of employees not following the policies and management does nothing about it. Used to be a family oriented business, now it is everybody for themselves. There is no preventative maintainance. There is a lot of potential for injury.
