Worked in the Medical Imaging Group in Product Management for over 3 years, after the startup where I had worked was bought by McKesson. Company was great in first 2 years, but gradually started feeling its bureaucratic side more and more, until I decided to leave. Huge company that provides a lot of exposure and with many resources.

Cons

Their brand is not known at all relative to their size (Fortune 15). Company does invest a lot in growing its health IT business, but it is not a tech company at its core. That's evident in its risk overtness.

Cons

Unrealistic sales and management goals, makes your pay lower. Reasonable healthcare, Employee reviews are poor quality, but they help keep the pay in check.
