Excellent pay Great opportunities to grow Work/Life balance highly regarded Community outreach very important to the company

Cons

Low and mid level managers are usually chosen from project managers or sales pool. They were good salesmen and project managers but poor managers. Mckesson has the belief that you can make someone a good manager of people. Management has an almost royalty self worth.
