Pros

Company is fair and I think really strives to do right by its people. C-level management is solid. Good internal communications. Management is constantly trying different methodologies of software project management and development to attain optimum efficiency while maintaining work-life balance. Excellent educational opportunities both within and outside company. Very active in the community.

Cons

Internal workspace can be sterile. Just moved from cubicles to an open work space without walls -- which is taking some getting used to.

Great people to work with. Potential is there to move up. Each department is ran differently. Work from home is available in some departments.

Cons

Since each department is ran differently, management and camaraderie between employees varies. Sometimes it is hard to find out how they operate and treat each other until you are in that department.

Room for advancement, benefits, paid time off, flexible hours, wonderful co-workers.

Cons

Senior management not being "hands-on". Executive decisions made with little regard to consequences. High turnover and layoffs. Dismemberment of team with knowledge with little regard to the consequences of other employees or projects. Everything has a strick deadline. QA is hard to achieve when timelines are so close together.
