      Pros

      Benefits, amount of paid time off is great. Schedule is flexible. Most employees get along pretty well with each other which helps. People are willing to help others.

      Cons

      Upper management wants everything focused on padding statistics and not always fixing issues. Pay could be a little better. Also, training and knowledge on new products being sold to customers is almost non existent. Customers know more than most of the people who are supposed to support brand new products. Also, staffing needs increased. There is hardly enough staff in certain departments.

      Pros

      1)I love the people that I work with but most of the people that I work with are not original Mck employees. 2)I have been able to have pretty good work life balance.

      Cons

      1)The company is more concerned about how you look on paper than about productivity, integrity, character, and work ethic. 2)Promotions are almost impossible to get. No upward mobility and almost no lateral mobility. 3)People work long hours just to be noticed. It's almost expected.
