Well-oiled machine that continues to expand its footprint in the state. Good benefits. Competitive Pay if your negotiating skills are decent. Typical pay raise of 2% annually, 3% if your performance is exceptional. Great opportunity to gain experience.

My co workers at Mcleod treated me like family until I was charged w/a crime, then I wasn't good enough to work there.

Treated me like family, great benefits, growing successful business, up to date technology.

Cons

Co workers very judgmental, very difficult to obtain employment unless you know someone, those that have made mistakes which lead to criminal charges(white collar) are discriminated against by Human Resources, unwilling to cooperate with dhec guidelines for felons. All who have felonies are labeled as not hire able .
