Pros

There is a pretty comprehensive Reddit post that goes in depth about everything you needed to know to decide on McMaster-Carr. Past and current managements left their comments there too.

Cons

If you're toxic, there are more worthy places to climb. If you aren't toxic, you will either be disgusted or turn toxic. This place will tank your resume/career progression if you stay for more than 2-3 years. Small people stay here for the small money.
