Pros

-High Relative Salary -Good medical and dental -Attractive profit share

Cons

-They treat individual contributors and supervisors more like cogs in a machine and less like people. -Sub par communication between different levels of management. - Management and others try to be very nice but it comes us as disingenuous and There is a culture of stress where it is evident that employees are generally unhappy but do not want to leave due to attractive benefits.
