The pay is very high. People are only here for the money. That’s fine, I understand it.

Cons

Poor exit opps. You’re probably a talented senior at a T10 university reading this. Where are you going to take your career after? If someone doesn’t like you, you absolutely will get fired. This didn’t happen to me but I see it a lot. You’ll have a target on your back.
