Pros

I enjoyed 80% of my time working for MCM. The pay was decent but the bonus and benefits are outstanding. Its a great way to start your career or be a stepping stone to something more. I made lifelong friends which is a huge plus. Managers and supervisors come and go and can often play favorites like everywhere else.

Cons

Work achedules change quite often and it can be hard to take unscheduled vacay time if you work in a large department. Seniority rules.

Easy and pretty manageable. Nice people. You will learn a lot especially about things you never considered learning about befoee which I think is really cool.

Cons

Boring work and boring industry but sometimes the projects can be interesting and fun. There’s a lot of random acronyms.
