Pros

- excellent benefits - very challenging work - opportunities for development - a lot of autonomy - access to upper level management - rotational

Cons

- expectations are incredibly high (not really a con) - doesn't always feel like new or different ideas are valued - Excel skills an absolute MUST and not a lot of training in that area

Pros

Get experience with people, operations, and project management early on. Lots of great people at the company.

Cons

Due to the operations, you don't get a lot of time to talk to teams or develop your relationships with them. Could be more transparent and communicate effectively to improve change management when rolling out updates to our teams.
