Pros

Good pay, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and that's about all.

Cons

The review posted on 10/20/23 is so spot on. "No opinions that deviate from the infallible mouths of senior leadership are to be tolerated. If you make the mistake of contradicting the opinions of senior leadership once, it is almost impossible to get back in their good graces." You cannot disagree with upper management or else you won't get promoted. The promotion game here is all about favoritism & being a yes-man. The culture is horrible - upper management takes no accountability then expects mid-low management to fall on the sword every time. This place is not good for your mental health. Run away as fast as you can.

Pros

-Coworkers -Benefits -Profit sharing -Pay is so-so unless you are in management -Learning the ropes of the MRO business -Exceptionally high standards

Cons

Literally everything else. They are a horrible, heartless company. Their employees are simply resources to be extracted from. When you are no longer what they consider a viable resource you are severely gaslighted, demoralized, and shown the door.
