      Pros

      Peeple, compensation !!! you will never find its match, you will retire wealthy. The people that give poor reviews for this company are (mostly) those recruited grads who think they will climb the ladder her, the ladder is full. Take your big checks and big benefits and do your job and be happy. If this were not the first job of many people, if they knew what other companies were like, there would be no complaints. This company knows their customers are the reason for their success and they treat them that way. You will learn a very strong work ethic here and are rewarded handsomely.

      Cons

      not for the starry eyed grad who wants to climb up the corporate ladder. If you leave the company for any reason, you will not be able to return :( ...think long and hard before you do that ..most of us that leave have strong regrets !
