Pros

The benefits are the only thing that is great! Most people stay only because of the benefits.

Cons

No one is safe there, at some point they will find something wrong with what you do, and eventually they will get rid of you.

Pros

Decent compensation, bonuses, and benefits overall for the work. I worked there in several departments and there wasn't anything hard about the jobs done.

Cons

Training new hires that are hired as "Management Trainees" that will eventually be your Supervisor. There isn't room for advancement unless you have a college education. This may have changed by now. I left in 03' Opinions are held against you when honestly asked for. If you don't mind working like a robot it's a good place to work but eventually will break most people.

Pros

good benefits,good pay,profit sharing

Cons

The management there are people straight out of college who are all trying to prove themselves to upper management. The only two supervisor I ever had respect for where the ones who earned the title by working there way up.
