Pros

The salary and benefits are great, it's hard to find a job making that much money doing that kind of work. The benefits are unmatched, profit sharing, no cost insurance with a low deductible, and a yearly bonus.

Cons

The company culture is horrible. Management are all burned out and don't care about anything and the workers are constantly scared of being fired. One too many slip ups and they'll send you packing. There's very little training, they just throw you into things and expect that you pick it up quickly. Workers are stressed and management doesn't make that easier. They never promote from within, they always hire some ivory tower kid straight out of his Harvard MBA, so there is absolutely zero upward mobility.

Pros

Pay. Benefits. Work schedule.

Cons

Management flat out lies in annual reviews. The work is mindless. No one meets expectations consistently and if they find someone that does they find other ways to belittle and demoralize them. You constantly are fearful of losing your job and people get fired regularly. Most folks won't even make eye contact in the hallway because they are socially awkard, typically management is the worst of these encounters. Zero people skills. It's a real shame because job culture is a choice. They have the foundation to be a great company to work for but for whatever reason they love to make people unhappy and watch them squirm. It's quite sick and mentally abusive actually.

Pros

The only reason this company is getting any stars is the people, benefits and salary structure. I have never made so much money from such a menial position. I even got my MBA on their dime. They make it a practice to hire unique, people, so I made a lot of good friends there.

Cons

There is practically zero growth potential. You are not allowed to voice your opinions, unless you are looking to get fired. People with real potential are shifted back into the masses and then given lateral "promotions", but generally set up for failure to do tasks that do not suit them or their skill sets.
