Pros

benefits, cash sharing bonus, remote work

Cons

There are no standardizations of management across teams in the Systems department. One manager can have totally different expectations of work than another. Makes for an anxious work environment.

Pros

Benefits and bonus, that is all.

Cons

You're not valuable to this company. You are so busy you hardly have time to use the restroom, if you do, you'll get behind and struggle through your day. The management turnover is ridiculous. They rarely promote from within, and if they do they are the employees that will just smile and nod. The expectations are unrealistic and they let you know about every mistake you make. This company makes you feel less than, you're constantly walking on egg shells, you live in fear of getting fired. Don't let the bonus fool you into thinking Mcmaster cares...they will work you into the ground.
