Pros

Long and well thought out training program with generous ramp up period. Coworkers are supportive and friendly. Never work overtime unless you want to.

Cons

Requires a lot of self direction and intuition. Hard to move up and managers are more interested in comparing you to a chart than charting a path forward.

Pros

Base pay + salary are decent

Cons

Everything else. If you aren’t drinking the company kool aid, you’ll be working everyday on edge wondering how long you’ll be employed with them. Poor training and lack of communication. When you confront higher ups and HR about any confusion or grievances you may have, they fake sympathize with you and refuse to listen — and always give you some generic corporate response as to why things are the way they are.

Pros

The pay. Pay and benefits are the reason to work anywhere, but especially MCM.

Cons

No support or accommodations for disability. They WILL find a reason to fire you if you request disability accommodation that isn't extremely convenient for the higher-ups.
