Pros

Creating lifelong friendships with coworkers is possible

Cons

A soul-sucking, depression causing, traumatic excuse for a company. The only reason compensation and benefits are decent is because no sane, rational human being would stick around for very long.

Pros

Pay but is it even worth the mental health decline

Cons

Where do I even start: - Upper management that care more about being right than the operation/empathy for workers -Justification of their pay and benefits to overwork you and drive you into mental health decline - People being scared to share mis-information spread by upper management due to risk of job loss but lots of company talks of "transparency" - Going back on promised department changes/rollouts to find reasons to mark people down in performance - And more
